(1) Acceptance of Conditions
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. These apply to all orders made via our website or over the phone. If you do not accept these terms, you must not place an order.
(2) Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, preparation may begin immediately. As a result, we may not be able to cancel or amend your order. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
In line with the 'Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013', perishable goods are exempt from cancellation rights once preparation has started.
(3) Allergies
We handle all allergens in our kitchen and cannot guarantee that any of our food is free from allergens, including nuts. There is a risk of cross-contamination.
Customers with allergies or specific dietary requirements are advised to contact us directly before ordering.
(4) Delivery Times
We aim to deliver within 45–60 minutes. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
We will always do our best to keep you updated in the event of delays.
(5) Minimum Order & Delivery Charges
Minimum order: £10 for local Dunbar deliveries
Delivery charges vary depending on distance and will be confirmed before your order is accepted
Extended Delivery Areas (East Linton, Innerwick & Thurston):
Minimum order: £50
Delivery charge: £5
For deliveries outside of these areas, higher delivery charges may apply and will always be agreed with you before your order is prepared and dispatched.
(6) Address Details
You are responsible for providing a correct postcode, full address, and contact telephone number.
We cannot guarantee delivery within estimated times if incorrect details are provided. Payment will still be required where delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information.
(7) Order Confirmation
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to contact you after it has been placed. This helps protect against fraudulent or hoax orders.
For large orders, we may require a deposit before confirming.
(8) Catchment Area
We currently deliver to Dunbar, Torness, East Linton, Innerwick, and Thurston. Orders outside of this area may not be accepted. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.
(9) Menu & Product Information
Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the final product delivered.
Where ingredients are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with suitable alternatives. If you have any questions about ingredients or preparation, please contact us before ordering.
(10) Payment
All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment is not authorised or completed.
(11) Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
(12) General
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
